Bliss Bridal has been in the gown and events business for a while now. Their first store was in Mombasa and they have opened a new one in the heart of Kenya’s busiest city,Nairobi. Their agenda is to cater for the growing demand for high quality designer wedding gowns.The store is owned by Joyce Chacha who is a very talented wedding gown designer.
The year is winding up and this is the time when people will look back at 2014 and see what they need to change come the next year.The new relationships they need to build and the resolutions they need to come up with.Its like making a wish and hopping things change.
There is little to say about these eye catching and creative yet weirdly uncomfortable shoes by shoe designer, Peter Popps. It rained heavily in Nairobi last Saturday. The same old bad habits were exhibited by women .i.e paper bags on their heads and other bad habits I had talked about in a previous article. I know sometimes we forget our umbrellas and jackets at home and we are forced to come up with interesting ways of shielding ourselves from the rain, but what I saw on Saturday,was beyond innovation.
Long gone are the days dark marked by plain boring double breasted-suits which had some unfortunate shoulder pads. The modern man is back to dressing up in this current era of sartorial individuality- via colors, patterns or styles. He is not afraid to play with colors and bright colors I must add.
